Welcome to limatechnologies.net. Please review the following rules that govern your use of the app.limatechnologies.net site. Please note that your use of the app.limatechnologies.net site (the “Site”) constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. Lima technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.
Lima technologies Satisfaction Guarantee
Lima technologies stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, contact us by phone at (+250) 787-123-047 within 7 days from the date you receive your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Lima technologies will run your order, if errors are found, we will be responsible for correcting any issues, and your order will be withheld from delivery until we complete the produce changes or notify you to purchase as is. This may extend the delivery date of your order.
Aside from minor produce changes by our team, if we find issues while reviewing your order, we’ll contact you to notify you of any necessary corrections. We make our best effort via email, phone and posting notes to your account to reach you quickly. We know your order is often time sensitive, therefore if we cannot reach you within 3 business days we will proceed with the order and no refunds or reprints will be issued.
Please note Lima technologies is not responsible for the following:
- Order Submissions:
- Inaccurate orders.
Errors in user-selected options such as produce type, size, grade options, etc.
Incorrect produce packaging description for pallets, cartons/boxes or other custom services.
- Shipping and Delivery:
Incorrect shipping address,or other errors created by you as the buyer and damage to the produce/order arising after delivery to you.
If a User submits a request on the Site to purchase any agricultural produce, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method. Such amounts will be posted on this Site.
Once an order has been approved by you and “sent to our collection/ delivery service” on the Site, no changes are allowed to the produce characteristics, produce size, packaging or delivery turnaround time. After an order has been sent to Lima technologies’ operations department, you are responsible for paying the entire amount of that order along with applicable taxes, shipping, and processing fees, unless otherwise noted.
All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once Lima technologies begins working on your order, which means Lima technologies has received your order request (i.e. payment) and started work on your order (i.e., your order is in produce collection/ delivery service).
Please note that no work will proceed on any order until full payment is received by Lima technologies.
All purchase requests must be submitted with an approved payment method unless otherwise expressly stated. Approved payment methods include any of the following methods:
Pay by Mobile money (MoMo, M-pesa, Airtel Money).
Pay by Credit/Debit card (MasterCard, Visa).
Pay by Bank Transfer.
For any orders to be cancelled, refunded or adjusted, ONLY the paid portion (via Mobile money, Credit Card/Debit Card or Bank Transfer) less the transaction charges incurred for that order will be available for refund.
Order Turnaround Time
Order turnaround time begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. Please note that if we are unable to fulfil your order request due to client unfulfilled requirements, your order status will return to “Confirm Order” and your delivery turnaround time will be reset.
If your order is confirmed and approved by 3:00 p.m. EAT, delivery turnaround time begins that business day. Please note that Lima technologies offices are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating order turnaround time. In addition, order turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.
Shipping and Arrival Times
Shipping transit times vary, and Lima technologies assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a order on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, global pandemic, etc.
Target arrival dates are calculated by adding the order turnaround time to the shipping transit time. If you are requesting produce’s sample proof, we factor in additional time to reach your target date. Both order and shipping times are based on business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. The cut off time for accepting orders is 4:00 p.m. EAT. If your order confirmations are in by that time, we will commit to collecting, packaging (where necessary) and shipping your product within the defined time frame.
You agree that shipping terms for all Lima technologies products are shipped “Freight On Board Shipping Point” or “F.O.B. Shipping Point” – title and risk of loss transfers to you at time of shipment or pickup.
Your mailing list(s), while in our possession, is your exclusive property and shall be used only with your instructions. Your mailing list(s) will NOT be sold or offered for use to any other party, and Lima technologies will not utilize the list for any other purpose.
All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Lima technologies’s responsibility ends when the order is delivered to the shipping company. In no event shall Lima Technologies be liable for freight performance failures or delivery delays. This guarantee does not cover fees for freight service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. Lima technologies is not liable for shipping carrier errors, including loss or delay on orders.
Lima technologies shall rectify orders and shipping errors only to the extent of re-shipping a corrected order as soon as possible, and any costs shall be limited to the value of the order work performed. If you would like the order shipped to a different address than your billing address, please post a note or call to inform us of this change.
IN NO EVENT WILL LIMA TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER OR NOT LIMA TECHNOLOGIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. LIMA TECHNOLOGIES’S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER, FOR BREACH OF, OR ARISING OUT OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES HEREUNDER, IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE FEES PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIMA TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR YOUR COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS.
